2025 will mark the 25th Running of the Baltimore Running Festival.  What started in 2001 with 4829 finishers in race distances that included a marathon, 4-person relay and a 5k has grown into a staple event in the Charm City.  Several course changes and distance offerings later, the Baltimore Running Festival welcomes you to join us during this special year.

Corrigan Sports, the event organizers, are working on their plan for the festivities that will surround race week.  “We are talking with some of our long time sponsors and supporters to come up with some ideas to boost the excitement around this year’s race, said Lee Corrigan, President of CSE.  “The City of Baltimore has always been a great supporter of our race and we look forward to celebrating with the city in 2025.”

Along with several members of the Corrigan staff as well as select volunteers, there are 49 runners who have completed all 24 of the previous races. “We plan to celebrate the 25-Timers for their longevity and continued support of the race.  They are a testament to what it takes to sustain an event such as this over the long haul.    Twenty-five years is a long to time do anything, let alone 26.2 miles,” Corrigan said.
